Computer-Based Training

For Well-Being in Anxiety and Depression

Computer-Based Training for assessing effectiveness of different computer activities on emotion regulation, well-being, and brain function for individuals with PTSD

The Etkin Lab Computer-Based Training study aims to improve concentration, mood, and well-being.
To achieve this, participants take part in daily computer exercises that are designed to strengthen
emotion-regulation and cognitive functioning for 45 days. Exercises take ~45min/day and can be completed
from the comfort of your own home.

We are looking for individuals who have experienced a life-threatening or traumatic event or are having difficulty with strong emotions such as fear, anxiety, anger, or sadness to take part in a research study of the impact of computerized exercises on well-being and general functioning.

This study can be completed entirely from home and involves daily online training, phone interviews, and online surveys.
